This ongoing situation in the movie industry will jeopardize the supposed dignity meant for the talented, and Nollywood at large. Acting is of the essence to teach and to educate the society and not to give passage to incessant and gross misconduct among actors and actresses. And this is as a result of the mismanagement in the industry as regards unprofessional recruitment of actors and actresses just for undue fetish advantage. It is obvious to observe that audition is no longer in effect. At least making a strong policy will help out.
