He is just a sick 22 year old young man with dreams and aspirations,His name is Jeremiah Emmanuel,student of Yaba College of Technology..

He has Ventricular septal defects
He was diagnosed with congenital heart disease at the age of 3
He has since being managing on some medications like Digoxin, Moduretic and Lasix(Frusemide)

He was stable for some years before its reoccurrence
Right now the heart disease has made his stomach, legs and private part swollen
He needs an Open Heart Surgery in India

The funding goal for the surgery has been fixed at $30,000, that is 5million naira
