Good News : Asari Dokubo released in Benin Rep., flown to Abuja in private jet

Asari Dokubo has been released two days after he was arrested in Benin Republic. The leader of the Niger Delta People’s Volunteer Force was reportedly released early this morning after President Jonathan intervened on his behalf with the President of Benin Republic, Yayi Boni.
Sahara Reporters reports that President Jonathan then deployed a private jet to convey Mr. Dokubo to Abuja a few hours after his release.

    Ok o, we don hear. The president should also intervene on behalf of Nigerian citizens languishing in prisons in Thailand and other countries…
