Shocking Art: A Russian Socialite Poses On A “Black Woman Mannequin” Chair

Gallery owner, Dasha Zhukova, a Russian socialite and the girlfriend of oligarch Roman Abramovich, in an airy white blouse, poses serenely on a chair, in a photograph taken for a Russian fashion website. The chair which is fashioned from a knobby lifelike mannequin of a black woman was publishes on Martin Luther King Day, a national holiday in USA. The chair is flashing an internet outcry and allegations of racism.

So many people retorted and ask these questions: Why a chair and not a light stand? Why not a white woman? Some said is disrespectful and very provoking.

Is art quit well, but very infuriating to say the least!!!
