CSI: Miami“ star Eva LaRue and husband Joseph Cappuccio marriage hits the rock. The seafood businessman Files for divorce—also asking the court to reject any request LaRue makes for spousal support.

The couple was engaged twice before finally tying the knot on June 28, 2010.

They have not children.
