TROUBLE IN BANKY W’S CAMP AS SKALES REMOVES ‘EME’ FROM TWITTER BIO

Details are still sketchy, but sources claim rapper/singer Skales may have parted ways with Banky W-led Empire Mates Entertainment.

A source close to the label told HipHopWorldMagazine that Skales is still with the label but EME has issues with him, which may eventually lead to the two parties breaking their business ties. The nature of the issue is however yet to be ascertained.

Meanwhile, Skales has removed EME from his Twitter bio and unfollowed ‘EmpireMates Ent fans’ account on the micro-blogging site, which is an obvious confirmation that he’s on his way out of the label or has already moved on.

It would be recalled that Wizkid also controversially left the label due to disagreement over money sharing, according to multiple reports. Wizzy has since been back on EME imprint after the two parties renegotiated terms. He also runs his own label Starboy Entertainment on the side.
