Covenant University Places Ban On Phones, Tablets, And Other Mobile Devices

Covenant University, Ota in Ogun State reinforced it’s ban on the use of mobile devices by students of the school when on Thursday, March 13, 2014 a special notice was sent out with the institutions list of prohibited items.
In a notice signed by the Dean of Student Affairs, Mr Azubuike, the students are prohibited from using or being in possession of phones, phone chargers, sim cards, and tablets.
Any student caught violating these rules will be sanctioned with four weeks suspension.
Covenant University has a very strict policy on disciple and learning.
