History will be made in Staunton Virginia, when Ndigbo from all Continents of the World and all their guests, including our brothers and sisters from the African American Communities assemble at the Igbo Village, part of the Frontier Culture Museum in Staunton Virginia, USA on July 24-26, 2014 to showcase and celebrate our rich cultural heritage.
Artists, writers, musicians, choral singers, dancers, masquerades, best of Nollywood movies and a wide array of Cultural performers would be in Virginia to let the world see the rich traditions, talents and cultural heritage of Igbo people.
Talking to Diamond Celebrities, planning committee chairman, Prof. Paul Oranike said,
“We are assembling some of the best of our dancers/masquerades to entertain all our guests and VIPs, including Governors from Nigeria, Ohaneze Ndigbo, Senators and Representatives, our Nigerian Brothers and Sisters from the rich ethnic diversity of Nigeria, Igbo Children born in the Diaspora, Ministers, American Government officials, VIPs from the African American Communities, NAACP, the Urban League, and the American Corporate establishment and much more.
