Worse for wear: Chris Brown was helped out of Hollywood's Playhouse nightclub in the early hours of Monday morning after celebrating his triumphant post-jail return to the stage at the BET Awards a little too hard

Chris Brown made a triumphant return to the stage at the 2014 BET Awards on Sunday night.

But the troubled star, who was only released from jail on June 2, apparently celebrated a little too hard at the afterparty at Hollywood’s Playhouse nightclub and had to be assisted from the venue
to his ride by a number of burly male pals.

The 25-year-old was looking decidedly worse for wear as he emerged from the club, his eyes half closed as he lent on his posse to keep himself upright.
