Sad: Bayelsa Medical Students Decry Neglect In Russia, say, They Have Not Received Stipends In 14th Months (Video)

Bayelsa medical students cry out to Bayelsa state government to please pay their stipends in Russia, according to them, they are being neglected and have not received their scholarship allowances in 14 months.

With all their phone calls, letters to the scholarship board, The Bayelsa State House of Assembly, The Governor of Bayelsa state, The Ministry of Education, and visits to the Nigerian Embassy,  the students have received no response, no funding, nothing.

These poor students will not be allowed to attend classes if their bills are not paid…

This is really sad…
