In a desperate bid to avoid being deployed to the troubled North-East, Nigerian soldiers are now inflicting harm on themselves,Tribune reports.
At the weekend, seven soldiers allegedly opened fire on different parts of their bodies and later claimed that Boko Haram terrorists shot them, but when medical examination was carried out on them, it was discovered that the shots were self-inflicted.
Other soldiers also pretended to have various strange ailments in a bid to avoid being sent to war,
Some of those involved have been arrested while a board of inquiry has reportedly been set up to investigate the allegations.

Do we have basic needs in Nigeria?. Did Boko Haram came in term of his administration?. He he been able to put an end to their acts. Where r d missing girls?. The issues of book haram is becoming a troubled war in Nigeria. The war came in d time of president Goodluck. Unfortunately, he has not been able to settle with them or destroy them. And indeed, I have not seen any thing remarkable that his administration have done 4 d citizens of Nigeria. A country where there is no basic needs of life. i.e water, lite n developed roads. Nigeria can not even manufacture a bicycle. I pray 4 God to give us a president that will be concern about the development of d citizens of d country. But I’m surprised that president Good luck wants to come back. No harm. I will be ashamed. If Nigerians re-elect the current president of Nigeria. This is my concern. Plez friends share urns concerns. And quote me if I’m wrong.
