Are we going to have elections in the middle of war?

Maybe the President and the entire Government do not know that we are in the middle of a serious war. Boko haram insurgents are killing innocent Nigerians on daily basis. They kill, we condemn, they kill again, we condemn. Is this the way it is going to be?. Our girls are still missing and up till now nothing to show for it.

This I’m not surprised about, because our political leaders are busy campaigning and engaged in other activities with regards to 2015 elections without focusing on the most important thing. We can’t grow, if there is no peace in Nigeria.

The activities of the Boko haram insurgents are on the increase now, maybe because of  the 2015 elections. Hence the best thing to do now is to shift this election till further notice.

While the Government and the rest will put heads together and draw out a plan on how to put Nigeria in order and most importantly bring back our girls. Hence if in the middle of this crisis they decide to carry on with the elections, I will not come out to vote and I know millions of Nigerians will do the same too.  Is not a crime for us to have peace in this country!

God bless Nigeria! @donsainto
