More Plight For Cash Money Records…

Hot Boys Turk Sues Birdman

Another card is pulled from the house that Birdman and his brother Slim built. The Hot Boy$’ Turk sued Cash Money Records for rights to his music and some 1.3 million in damages, reports TMZ.

The group, which also includes B.G.Juvenile, and Lil Wayne, released two albums with CM/Universal including the platinum-selling Guerilla Warfare. They disbanded in 2001 amid previous rumors of the label not paying artists.

Turk, who also recorded solo music, claims the label’s accounting practices were faulty, that CM kept earnings from him, which he believes makes their contract void.
