For once, Nigerians abroad were proud of Nigeria. For once, World Leaders were proud of Nigeria. For once I was proud and humbled by President Jonathan, all because of this “one thing” he did; by conceding defeat and congratulating the president elect, even before the final result was announced.
Like God said to Abraham when he was about to sacrifice Isaac, because of this “one thing” you have done, I will over bless you and your generation.
Same goes to President Jonathan, because of this “one thing” you have done for Nigeria at this time, God will surely bless you, your generation, and Nigeria as well.
God used Jonathan to answer our prayers, rewrite our history and open the door of blessings to us.
Nigerians wanted change, everyone was yearning for change. An attempt to stop change leads to war, to a bloodbath…
If not for what God did through Jonathan, we know what the rest of the story would have been by now… many of us have already traveled out, while the rest of the world was waiting to hear the aftermath of the elections, people that want us to disintegrate by 2015.
But God answered our prayers. Nigerians will never forget President Jonathan in a long time!
