Mum who squeezed her breast milk over a police officer could be jailed for 18 months

A woman faces spending 18 months in jail after she allegedly squirted milk at a police officer – directly from her breast.

Erica Leeder is accused of grabbing hold of her breast and squeezing milk out of it and in the direction of a female officer while in a police station.

Leeder, 26, has just been released on bail after spending three weeks behind bars following the alleged crime.

She was arrested on March 25 on an outstanding warrant and was taken to Rockingham Police Station in Western Australia.

Once there it is alleged Leeder became involved in an “altercation” with a female officer, during which the cop had breast milked squirted on her face, arms and uniform.

It has been reported in Australia that the incident happened during a body search, when Leeder was naked from the waist down.

The mum of three is alleged to have fired the fluid at the officer as she rearranged her clothes.

Outside Perth Magistrates Court, Ms Leeder said: “I just wanted to say I’m sorry [to the officer] and there’s not much that I can say besides the fact that I wasn’t really myself at the time.

“It wasn’t really something that I went in with thoughts of malice about.”

At a court hearing yesterday, Leeder was ordered to see mental health specialists and will reappear in court in May.
