First Photos of Kim Kardashian as she reveals she is expecting second child

Kim Kardashian showed no hint of her big baby news as she stepped out after announcing she is pregnant with her second child.

Staying true to form, Kim wore a figure-hugging outfit featuring grey leggings and a matching grey crop top as she arrived at her apartment in New York.

Despite showing no visible hint of a baby belly, Kim put a protective hand across her stomach as she tottered along the pavement in a pair of heeled court shoes.

She finished off her look with a matching grey duster jacket and some serious arm candy in the form of a designer handbag…
