A long time coming: The famous couple had been trying for a second child for over a year 

Kim Kardashian isn’t sacrificing her sexy style during pregnancy. In fact, she isn’t even changing outfits.

The 34-year-old was spotted on Tuesday grabbing lunch in the same heels and dress she wore a day earlier – only this time in black instead of beige.

Kim was spotted indulging her pregnancy craving as she arrived at the Nate n’ Al delicatessen in Beverly Hills to pick up some food for lunch.

But it was hard to tell that Kim was simply running errands, as she was dressed to the nines as usual.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star showcased the first signs of her tiny baby bump in the figure-hugging dress that she has become so smitten with.
