Michael Jackson sparked outrage when he appeared to dangle his baby son Blanket over his hotel balcony in front of photographers in 2002. But now the star’s son is all grown up now…

A shocking 13 years after that incident, when he hit headlines with a snap of him dangling over a balcony in his father’s arms at just nine-months-old,

Blanket is now a teenager, with long dark hair, and smiling happily in front of the camera, he bears little resemblance to his father.

Now the star has shunned his real name Prince Michael II, AND his nickname Blanket, for Bigi Jackson.

The 13-year-old is wearing a red polo t-shirt on the page of The Buckley School’s yearbook.

Bigi was reportedly home-schooled until last year, and is now in the seventh grade in the Sherman Oaks, California school – the same school Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian attended.

A source told Radar Online: “Michael would be proud of Blanket. He is really sweet, funny and helpful. He volunteers to help the younger kids and he is really good with them.” And compared to his siblings, Bigi is apparently “quiet”.
