The reality star stepped out in her most eye-wateringly tight outfit yesterday for a spot of French shopping after her recent maternity outfits fitting.

Showing off how much she’s grown in a matter of weeks, Kim stepped out from Vaultier Couture in a tanned skirt and dark top, hugging every curve like a second skin.
