Khloé Kardashian has been through hell since her split from husband Lamar Odom, but it seems she still has his back.

In a preview of Sunday night’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the 31-year-old can be seen deeply distressed by the news that Lamar’s longtime friend Jamie Sangouthai had died and admits she’s worried what this could do to her estranged husband.

Jamie passed away in June, when the scenes were filmed and was known to KUWTK viewers for appearing in spin-off Khloe and Lamar.

Khloé’s phone rings while she’s at the DASH store and she tries to comfort him, saying: “I’m so, so sorry.”

After a tense conversation with her ex, an emotional Khloe tells a friend: “One f****** death after another. I can’t handle it.”

In her confessional, she goes on to explain her fears for Lamar following the news.

“Lamar’s best friend since he’s been like 12, Jamie, just passed away unexpectedly. This is all just really upsetting. He’s distraught and devastated,” she said.

“Lamar has suffered so much loss in his life. I’m always going to be there for Lamar, especially when something as tragic as this happens.”

She continued: “I’m really on high alert for Lamar, because anything, I think, will set him to spiral, and that’s kind of the last thing I want for him.”

Khloe and Lamar split in 2013 after four years of marriage. The couple – who tied the knot after just a month of dating – had been separated for several months before the Kardashian beauty filed for divorce in December that year.

It was rumoured at the time that Odom was struggling with substance abuse issues and had cheated on his wife.
