“Kim and Kanye have made sure that they get the same exact room they had for when North was born, because they feel its good luck,” an insider close to the famous family tells HF. “The memories that were made in that room hold a very important nostalgia and magic that they want to relive for their next child so they have made sure to reserve the same room.” That makes sense.
Kimye rented out a deluxe maternity suite at Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles to welcome their baby boy; the two-room, two-bath suite charges a nice chunk of change for just a single day for the luxury amenities. HF learned that the cost per night for a 3 room 2 bath “Deluxe” birthing suite at Cedars is $5, 712 per night and it is not covered on any insurance. That’s not all. That huge sum of money only covers the cost of the room not the medical care.
The room is equipped with softer lighting, more aesthetically-pleasing decorations and furniture and sunny views of L.A. The luxury suite also includes a fully-stocked refrigerator with juices, bottled water and a welcome basket, according to the Cedars Sinai website. If they feel the need for spa treatment during their stay, they can pay extra for salon services, including haircuts, stylings, manicures and pedicures, according to the site.
