Oprah Winfrey ‘Devastated’ By Lamar Odom’s Condition (Video)

Oprah Winfrey has spoken out about Lamar Odom, saying she is absolutely ‘devastated’ by his dire condition. It’s particularly upsetting for Oprah, as Lamar allegedly overdosed on drugs, which is how she lost her half sister.

Oprah Winfrey, 61, is being reminded of the drug problems within her own family. Speaking of Lamar Odom, 35, who is in critical condition after allegedly overdosing, Oprah said she is “devastated,” especially given the fact that her half sister, Patricia Lloyd, died in 2003 at the age of just 43, due to a drug overdose.

“It reminded me of having to deal with drugs in my own family,” Oprah told Extra, speaking of Lamar tragically being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel. “It’s a battle that you can’t win until they decide they want to win,” she added.
