Lamar Odom is finally out of coma, asks for his children

Lamar Odom has reportedly opened his eyes and communicated with hospital staff asking to see his kids.

The 35-year-old NBA veteran, who was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel after three-days of hard-partying with prostitutes, is believed to be on the mend.

A hospital source exclusively told Entertainment Tonight, Lamar was asked if he wanted to see his kids and communicated ‘yes’, although it’s not clear if he spoke or made a gesture.

A second source told Radar Online he woke up after his breathing tube was removed, saying: “He opened his eyes around 10:30 a.m. PT and made a sound like a whisper.”

Odom has two children with ex Liza Morales – Destiny, 17, and Lamar Odom Jr, 13 – who have been at the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas along with his ex-wife Khloe Kardashian.
