Oprah Winfrey defends the Kardashians from Rebel Wilson

Their reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians enjoys a phenomenal following around the world…

But while some, namely funnywoman Rebel Wilson have dismissed the famous clan saying ‘they aren’t really about talent,’ chat show doyenne Oprah Winfrey begged to differ.

Speaking to Monday’s Kyle and Jackie O breakfast show on KISSFM, 61-year-old Oprah said: ‘I interviewed the Kardashians two years ago and I couldn’t believe how hard they work.

‘But to create a reality series where it looks like something is happening all the time, you have to be on it all the time.’

She went on: ‘We were there for seven hours filming them and they were going to tape for another seven hours afterwards…That is work, no matter who you are. ‘
