Disturbing footage has emerged of young men undergoing electrical shock therapy in an attempt to ‘cure’ their homosexuality…

Gay activists have conducted secret filming in the Chinese hospital where the therapy is taking place.

It shows a medical professional explaining to the men, who attend the sessions voluntarily, various methods of silencing their ‘urges’, including taking a cold shower, going for a run, or even taking prescribed drugs.

At a different hospital another activist secretly films himself receiving electrical shocks by a nurse – the intention being that when the men experience homosexual urges they will associate them with the pain of the electric shock…
