Kourtney’s ex was spotted shopping in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, on Thursday and looked happy and relaxed following his three week stay at the Cliffside Malibu rehab facility where he reportedly sought treatment for drug and alcohol addiction.

The stubbly star was dressed to impress in a sleek black top, jeans and brown suede boots.

Scott, who has been to rehab three times before his most recent stay, admitted himself just days after news surfaced that Khloe Kardashian’s ex Lamar Odom had been rushed to hospital after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel.

His outing comes after he first sparked rumours he had left rehab when he posted a a picture as he boarded a private jet on Tuesday.
