She’s got just a couple of weeks to go, but Kim Kardashian has not had it easy with her second pregnancy.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is counting down the days until she meets newborn son, but in the mean time she has a nasty sinus infection to contend with.

Kim, 34, who is expecting a boy with husband Kanye West, shared the latest photo of her baby bump on social media, showing that she hasn’t gone into labour just yet.

But while she’s got a few weeks together, she’s dealing with extra discomfort as she deals with a sinus infection and a nasty bout of flu.

“37 WEEKS x SINUS INFECTION x FLU,” she tweeted along with the photo that looks as if it was taken at the doctors, along with a crying face emoji.
