Kim Kardashian is already back to business just days after giving birth to Saint West

Kim Kardashian welcomed her second child on Saturday but days later she’s already back to doing what she does best.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star took a rare few days off from social media as she welcomed Saint West, save for his big introduction to the world.

By Tuesday, the star was posting throwback pictures to past looks, including the show-stopping dress she wore to mum Kris Jenner’s big 60th birthday bash.

Writing on her website, Kim shared: “I loved trying on dresses for my mom’s Great Gatsby party, so I wanted to share some of my fitting pics with Marchesa!”

She added: “We ended up lining the gown, but now I hate that we did that! I like it SO much better sheer! Why not LOL!!!”

She also took the time out to promote Kourtney’s new app and website after it went live yesterday, as well as products from the Kardashian Beauty line.
