Kim Kardashian has made her first appearance on camera since giving birth to Saint West.

She’s done plenty of live streams since welcoming the tot earlier this month but has always kept her face hidden – until now.

On Thursday night the mum-of-two delighted fans when she decided to do an impromptu Q&A from home.

Flashing her cleavage in a low-cut top, she quipped: “My boobs look enormous – which they are.”

While revealing what she’s been doing since her son’s birth, Kim continued: “I have just been chilling at home with the baby and being cozy in robes… I decided to put makeup on.

The KUWTK star, who said she was wearing one of Kylie’s lip kits and had her hair styled in pig tails, also said she hasn’t left the house yet.

“I have just been loving life, just staying at home and not going anywhere.”

The reality beauty also admitted she’d been listening to her hubby’s new album which is “crazy”.
