Rihanna caught up in nightclub shooting as she partied in LA

Christmas got off to a shaky start for Rihanna and her fellow nightclub goers in Hollywood on Wednesday night as they prepared to ring in Christmas Eve as a gun was fired.

The S&M beauty was partying at Project Los Angeles nightclub along with her rumoured boyfriend Travis Scott and Ty Dolla $ign, when TMZ reports a group of men began to argue outside the venue and a gun was pulled and a shot was fired.

Mayhem reportedly ensued outside the star-studded venue, and police quickly descended on the scene.

The website reports that five people were apprehended over the incident, but no one was arrested.
