DC Exclusive: Nigerian Army fighting in the North East opens up on the current state of affairs

One of the soldiers fighting against Boko Haram in the North East has exposed the present situation at the location. He is also a strong fan and follower of Diamond Celebrities.

He narrates that many of his men are fallen vibrant soldiers. These unfortunate deaths and attacks are due to situations that can be prevented or controlled. He added that they can overpower the extremist group if they are better equipped and plans are put in place to destroy or detect mines used by the Boko haram.

“Nigerian government should do something about this, it is killing us here! The mine dictators we presently own are of inferior quality. We heard that the USA sent some mine sweepers but up till now we are yet to see them.

Few days, we lost some of our soldiers because mines were laid along their road paths by Boko Haram. Unfortunately, Nigeria should have moved beyond this level of attacks by mines. The government needs to look into our situation urgently”. He told Diamond Celebrities.
