The mum-of-one , who’s dating Rob Kardashian , is a big fan of waist trainers and has posed in lots of Instagram photos wearing one the creations before. This is a thong version – which doesn’t sound comfortable at all. Wedgie or what?

Blac has been dating Rob Kardashian since January, and seems to be doing him good, as he’s recently shed a lot of weight.

Blac wrote: [The] power net thong body shaper… not only is it comfortable, it’s sexy & Discreet under any outfit.”

She loves waist trainers so much that it’s even been rumoured that Blac’s been encouraging Rob to try a waist trainer himself.

Whatever the pair of them are doing to get him healthier, it’s working.
