Biggest Loser winner Ali Vincent has admitted she feels ‘ashamed’ after once again tipping the scales at over 200lbs.
The reality star, who became the show’s first female winner in 2008, has revealed she’s once again nearing her original weight.
Penning an emotional post, Ali explained that she’s now joined Weight Watchers following the eight-year anniversary of her incredible victory.
She wrote on Facebook : “In the past 8 years I have had my ups and my downs. I have had successes and I have had major losses.

“I have gone from feeling alone to having thousands of people reach out with support.
“I have experienced ultimate highs that I could have never dreamed of as well as nightmares I wouldn’t wish on an enemy.”

(She now weighs over 200lbs again)
Ali won the hearts of viewers when she went from 234lbs to 122lbs during the show’s fifth season.
Despite all that success, Ali has now confessed that she feels like a ‘failure’.

She wrote: “I swore I would never be there again, be here again. I couldn’t imagine a day again that I would weigh over 200 pounds.
“I feel ashamed. I feel embarrassed. I feel overwhelmed. I feel like failure.”
