Kim Kardashian caught wearing butt pads…(Photos)

No butts about it, Kim Kardashian has one of the most famous backsides in Hollywood. But just how real is her famous derriere?

Earlier this week, the reality star was photographed in what appeared to be butt pads — a Spanx-like garment worn to lift and enhance the backside.

This isn’t the first time Kim has been questioned over the authenticity of her assets.

In 2011, she had a butt X-ray taken on an episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” to prove to her fans that she hadn’t gotten implants on her posterior.

To be fair, the 32-year-old mom of two recently lost 60 pounds of baby weight after giving birth to Saint in December, so maybe she needs a little boost back there.
