The Fifty Shades actress is known for her outlandish dress sense, but her latest outfit has to be her oddest yet.

Fashion forward Rita stepped out in New York looking like she’d been inspired by what we can only imagine was a recent run in with a traffic warden.

Wearing a dark overcoat with black and white checkered detailing on the arms, all Rita was missing was an ID badge and a notebook.

She paired the strange ensemble with a pair of stylish knee-high yellow and black boots.

It comes just a day after she stepped out in an equally eye-catching outfit while wearing the similar 70s-style sunglasses.
