Ini Edo speaks on IbomFest

Actress Ini Edo who was recently appointed a Special Assistant to the Akwa-Ibom State Governor on Tourism has hit the ground running as she has announced the hosting of the first ever Ibom Heritage Festival before the end of the year.

Ini Edo made the announcement recently, while unveiling  Peekaboo Global Consulting Limited as the official media partner for the festival. Speaking at the formal signing of the SLA which had Mr. Darlington Abuda, the lead consultant of PGC, and Mr. Apeh Harrison Iwodi, the IbomFest Project Manager in attendance, Ini Edo stated that the Ibom Heritage festival would simultaneously showcase the tourism potentials of the state to visitor.

Ini Edo further explained that IbomFest  with the Theme “Our Culture Beyond Borders”,would also showcase the wealth of the state in terms of historical  sites, sculptural landscapes, topography, cuisines, to arts and crafts that abound in the state.
