Recession: Adeboye Counsels Businessmen

As the pangs of recession bite harder, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye recently encouraged Nigerian business men and women to operate their businesses with the fear of God for them to attract God’s divine blessing.

Giving the advice while delivering a sermon at the October special prayer programme for business men and women with a theme: “The Wind of Change”, at the church national headquarters, Throne of Grace Parish, Ebute-Meta, (East), Lagos, Adeboye explained that God is the first business man and that He instructed His children to increase and multiply in whatever they are doing. Adding that disobedient to  God’s commandment could bring curse upon one’s business rather than blessing.

In his words: “the moment God created man He instructed him to go and increase and multiply. However, business is spiritual warfare. Therefore, every business man should be honest in their businesses”.
