Serena Williams has thrown caution to the winds by going naked in an effort to show her pregnancy, which is already at advanced stage.

This has elicited all sorts of comments from her six million Instagram followers.

Meanhwile, 35-year-old Serena and her 34-year-old fiancé/Reddit co-founder, Alexis Ohanian, will be married in the fall after the birth of their baby.
