The opening of Black History Weeks, Tuesday, 17th October, 2017 in Erlangen was one to remember… Dr. (Hon) Vivian Timothy through her paintings and poems spoke power, pains and the beauty of Africa, giving back the voice to the Africans living in Germany.

Dr. Florian Janik ( Mayor of Stadt ERLANGEN), during his speech, said it was a great honor to host Dr Vivian Timothy.

A big thanks to the founder of Black History Weeks, Dr. Pierrette Herzberger-Fofana, for her endless effort to empower Africans in the diaspora.
