Founder of the world’s first gay dating websites falls to his death in South Africa

The millionaire co-founder of Gaydar, the world’s biggest online gay dating site, has plunged 23 floors to his death from a balcony a decade after his partner died the same way.

Henry Badenhorst, 51, died after falling from a tower block on Saturday, news website Buzzfeed reported.

Henry crashed through a glass canopy and landed on a waiting limousine after falling from an exclusive serviced apartment in Michelangelo Towers hotel, Johannesburg.

He died a decade after his co-founder and former partner Gary Frisch fell to his death in London.

The two created Gaydar, which became the world’s largest dating site for gay and bisexual men, in 1999 when a friend said he was too busy to find a partner.
