Atiku advocates ‘proper restructuring’ of Nigeria

A former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, has promised to heed to the calls of many Nigerians by fostering what he called “proper restructuring” of the country when he wins the presidency next year.

Atiku visited Yenagoa, Bayelsa State capital, to consult with Dickson and the Peoples Democratic Party in the state to support his presidential ambition.

He explained that he had followed the advocacy effort of Dickson on the issue of restructuring, saying that he himself had been advocating the same issue since 2004.

He said, “I have followed with keen interest your advocacy on restructuring and I want to let you know that I have been an advocate of restructuring since 2004. I want to invite you to join me to work together with me ahead of 2019 so that we can do it together. “

Atiku later presented a book written by him on the need for proper restructuring to Dickson.
