Rapper HHP passes on

One of South Africa’s biggest and veteran rappers, Jabulani Tsambo, more popularly known as HHP (Hip Hop Pantsula) has passed away at the age of 38.

The rapper’s death was confirmed on Wednesday afternoon by his wife and publicist, Lerato Sengadi.

Although no cause of death has yet to be revealed, it is widely known Tsambo suffered with depression.

Celebrities such as fellow rappers AKA, Da L.E.S and fans alike have taken to social media to express their shock and grief over the sudden loss of one of the country’s biggest acts.

A few of his hit tracks include ‘Music and Lights’, ‘Bosso’ and ‘Lekoko La Lekoko’ and also just recently released an his EP, ‘Feels Good To Be Back’ after returning to the music scene after taking a short break.
