Nelly Sued For Another Alleged Sexual Assault

A woman identified only as Jane Doe is reportedly suing Nelly for an alleged sexual assault that occurred after a 2017 concert in Essex, U.K.

According to TMZ, the woman claims she met the platinum-selling rapper at a meet-and-greet event where he whispered in her ear to stick around. Once they were alone, she says Nelly masturbated in front of her several times and told her, “You want this dick don’t you.”

The court docs reportedly say the woman didn’t want to participate, but Nelly persisted and told her he wanted to ejaculate on her to which she said, “You may have more quid in your bank than I do. But this doesn’t make you any more special. Pull your trousers back up and fuck off.”

She explained Nelly then got aggressive and clenched his fist. She asked if he was going to strike her and he allegedly said, “No I’m just frustrated. I’m not used to not getting my way, just do it.”

The accuser alleges Nelly forced his penis into her mouth, but she jumped back and was able to escape.

In addition to suing Nelly, the woman is also coming after his girlfriend Shantel Jackson for accusing her of being a liar on Twitter.

This is the second time Nelly has been accused of sexual assault recently. In September, he reached a mutual settlement with Monique Greene who alleges he raped her on his tour bus in October 2017 after a Seattle concert.
