We wont accept presidential election result, PDP vows

The Peoples Democratic Party has said that it will not accept the outcome of the presidential election.

It said the results being announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission were incorrect and unacceptable to it.

National Chairman of the PDP, Prince Uche Secondus, stated this at a press briefing in Abuja yesterday.

Uche Secondus said the results being announced do not tally with what the party has collated across the country.

“Firstly, I want to categorically state that our collation centers have all original results from every polling unit, in every ward, in every Local Government Area (LGA) in Nigeria, of which the international community is well aware, implying all results currently being announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is incorrect thus unacceptable to our party and people,” Mr Secondus said.
