The presidency says there is no bad blood between President Muhammadu Buhari and Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Garba Shehu, senior special assistant to the president on media and publicity, released a statement to this effect on Wednesday.
He said both individuals remain strong allies and are committed to the APC’s vision of bringing “change” to Nigerians.
“Recent reports of a rift between the two leaders of our party are false; the handiwork of some media mischief makers,” the statement read.
