Dino Melaye Crowns Davido Leader Of Music Industry

Former Kogi governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Dino Melaye, has crowned grammy-nominated singer Davido leader of the Nigerian music industry.

Dino joined the ongoing online supremacy battle between Wizkid and Davido lending his voice in favour of the ‘Unavailable’ crooner.  

Melaye argued that Davido is “undoubtedly” the leader of the Nigerian music industry and most commercially successful globally.

On his X handle, he wrote: “Davido is undoubtedly the 001 in the Nigerian music industry and undoubtedly the most patronised globally.”

Wizkid and Davido were recently engaged in a fierce social media war on X.

Davido later challenged Wizkid to a hit battle, responding to him, Starboy boss dared him to release a song he wrote himself.
