Miami Beach Revokes Diddy’s Key To The City

Miami Beach has officially revoked the Key to the City from the embattled American rapper, and songwriter, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs amid his ongoing legal battle.

The city cut ties with the American business mogul, following a series of charges and lawsuits filed against him.

Miami Beach Mayor, Steven Meiner unanimously stripped Diddy of the honor during an in-person hearing last week.

This comes nine years after he was awarded the Key to the City.

Diddy was honored with the ceremonial key in 2015, following his contributions to the music industry and his pivotal role in organizing the Revolt Music Conference held in Miami Beach.

The 54-year-old is currently facing federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
