Why I Married Kazim Adeoti – Mercy Aigbe

Actress and filmmaker Mercy Aigbe has explained why she married Kazim Adeoti, a prominent movie marketer in the industry.

In an interview on Nollywood on Radio, Aigbe cited industry synergy as a key factor in her decision, highlighting the benefits of partnering with someone who understands the entertainment and movie business.

She believed their collaboration will help build a successful production empire.

“One of the reasons I married him is that we’re both in the same industry. Together, we’re building a production empire. I just felt I needed someone in the industry to collaborate with, and it’s a good thing that he understands it too. Combining our strengths, the future looks promising,” she said.

Their joint effort proved successful with her 2023 cinema debut, Ada Omo Daddy, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback.
