Reports had linked the paternity of the child to Senator Ned Nwoko, representing Delta North Senatorial District, who is married to Regina Daniels.

Both Chika Ike and Senator Nwoko denied these allegations, with the actress stating that she is not ready to be any man’s seventh wife.
