Comparing Me To Portable Disrespectful – Terry G

Musician Gabriel Oche Amanyi, popularly known as Terry G has warned against comparisons with controversial artist Portable.

In his tweet on X, Terry G described the comparison as disrespectful, emphasising his consistency and enduring musical legacy.

He pointed out that his music remains popular and relevant over a decade later, setting him apart from Portable. 

He wrote: “Comparing me to Portable is disrespectful because I actually have music people listen to 10 years later.”

Known for his eclectic and provocative style, Terry G gained popularity with hits like “Akpako” and “Free Madness.”
